WHAT IS THE PACKING METHOD OF THE BAGS?
Generally we pack the Bags in 7 Ply Corrugated Carton Box in standard size 56 X 51 X 38 cms with inside Polysheet.
If Buyer confirm before placing the order each Bag be Packed in individual Polybag. We make specific Carton customizable on request.
HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF THE QUALITY?
We assure you a quality product, timely delivery and value for money. However, for your satisfaction you can have the goods inspected by any Surveyor of your choice at your cost prior to shipment and dispatch clearance issued in favour of us.
CAN I GET A SAMPLE?
Sure. You can get the Samples as per your requirement. There is no charge for a Sample Bag but you need to provide us with your International Courier account number i.e. DHL / UPS / FEDEX etc.
CAN THE PRINTING BE PANTONE MATCHED?
Yes, We can print your Design on Bag as best possible matched using Pantone Shade. 
IS YOUR PRODUCTS ARE ORGANIC / ECO FRIENDLY?
Our products are eco-friendly and made from Natural Fibres of Jute and Cotton. They are eco-friendly fibres, and are extremely popular in most of the developed Nations. We also offer organic Jute and Cotton products. 
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT KIND OF HANDLES BEING OFFERED?
We offer different Handles for the Bags:
a. Self Fabric Jute or Cotton handles
b. Cotton Padded webbing handles
c. Cotton webbing Tape handles
d. Bamboo handles
e. Cane handles

ARE THE BAG SIZES EXACTLY THE SAME SIZED AS PAPER BAGS?
Yes, the Bag sizes exactly the same sized as Paper Bags being the Jute Bags are handmade product, there are variations in the sizes, which can be up to +/- 1 cms. 
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Our minimum quantity is 2,000 pieces for best Price. Upon request small order can also be catered.
CAN I ORDER BAGS PRINTED MY OWN LOGO?
Yes. We can Print your Logo or Message on any position of Jute Bags.
CAN I ORDER MY OWN DESIGN BAG?
Yes, our designers can work with you and understand the design you need. They will send you a Prototype and once you approve of it, we can proceed with production.
CAN YOU DO A PERFECT PANTONE MATCH FOR THE FABRIC COLOR?
Yes, we can Dyed in all Pantone Matching System Color to get best match.
Dyed Fabric which has been acceptable to our Buyers.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT PROTOTYPES FOR APPROVAL?
Yes, we provide the Prototypes free of costs. Custom printed Bags Buyer needs to provide their Courier account details and the Samples are shipped on their Courier account. 
CAN I GET ANY COLOUR FOR MY BAGS?
Yes. You can get any Colour from our Shade card for your Bags.
For customised colour shade, you have to order a minimum of 2000 Bags. 
WHICH TYPES OF LAMINATIONS ARE USED TO MAKE LAMINATED JUTE BAGS?
Two types of lamination are used for making laminated jute bags,.
a. PP lamination
b. LDPE lamination
IS THE DYEING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes, Dyeing is eco-friendly. We use AZO Free Color Dyes are used in all our Bags. We also use AZO free colours for printing.
WHAT DETAILS WOULD BE REQUIRED BY YOU TO MAKE A QUOTATION?
The following Details Would be required to make a Quotation:

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?
We are a Customised Bags manufacturer so we have infinite variations of Style, Size, Handle type & Printing so it is not possible for us to make a price list.

HOW EXPENSIVE ARE THE BAGS?
The prices of the Jute Bags depend on Fabrics type, Bag Size, Handle type, Printing & Quantity. To get exact price of a Bag, you have to select the Model from the site and give us:
  1. The Size of Bag (Width x Height x Gusset).
  2. The Color preferred.
  3. The Printing specifications with Artwork.
  4. The Quantity required.
  5. Any other Detailing that you require.

DO YOU OFFER FOB OR EX-WORKS PRICES?
We offer Both Price as FOB or Ex-Works. Also we offer CIF Prices for the Port which is requested by the Customer.
HOW WILL YOU SEND ME MY CONSIGNMENT?
We will send you the consignment based on your choice of shipping mode. There are three options are available with you.
  1. BY SEA:
This is very cost effective method to ship the products. In this method the shipping time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks (depends on location). For FCL shipment, you can save both time & money.
  1. BY AIR:
This is a expensive option of shipping but if you have urgency, it is the best way. In this method transportation time is approximately 5 to 6 days.
  1. BY COURIER:
This is highly expensive method of shipping & better for smaller quantities because you don’t have to maintain customs process in your country. In this method (DDU), you can get your goods to your door with 5 to 6 business days.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery time depending on the Order Quantity of Jute Bags.
Generally we take 3 Week time for 5000 Bags then after 10000 Bags Per Week.
If you Have any urgency, We will discuss & agreed the delivery at the time of finalised the Order.
DO YOU DIRECTLY MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, Bags are manufactured by most talented persons in the Factory.
We also have tie-ups with some big Companies who produce bags on behalf of us. Our supervisors strictly monitor during production process regarding quality & specification etc.
HOW CAN I SEND MY ARTWORK?
You should send your artwork in the following file formats - PSD, CDR or PDF
IS YOUR FIRM ACCEPTING ANY SMALL QUANTITY ORDERS?
